Your company workspace is the team-owned source for verified company facts and reusable trade defaults used across relevant TradeGo AI work.

## Who this is for

Use this guide when your team needs one consistent business profile rather than repeatedly entering company information in individual tools.

## Create the company workspace

1. Open [Company Workspace](/admin/business-profiles).
2. Enter the full company name, brand or short name, industry, business type, and logo.
3. Add verified country, contact, website, address, and registration details.
4. Record scale, certifications, advantages, and value-added services.
5. Save and update the same workspace as facts change.

## Add reusable commercial defaults

Use the target-audience section for customer profiles. In trade terms, maintain reusable lead time, shipping method, port, Incoterm, payment-term, currency, sample-policy, and compliance options. Mark a default only when it is the normal team choice. Add receiving accounts only when their details are current and approved.
