# Use the Mail Workspace

Mail Workspace lets an authorized team member enable the team email-marketing workspace and enter it from TradeGo AI.

## Who this is for

Use this guide when your team wants to use the Email Marketing workspace.

## Open Mail Workspace and enable email marketing

1. Open [Mail Workspace](/admin/mail-workspace).
2. Review the available packages, credit cost, and included capacity.
3. Select a package and choose **Enable and Enter Email Marketing**.
4. Confirm the action, then use **Enter Email Marketing** to open the workspace in a new tab.
5. Return to Mail Workspace to review capacity, renew, switch packages, or manage auto-renewal when your role allows it.

The workspace belongs to the current team. Check the displayed package and capacity before changing a subscription.

### Who can change the Mail Workspace package?

Only a team member with the relevant subscription-management permission can enable, renew, switch, or cancel the workspace package.
