# Verify email addresses

Email Verification helps you clean a business email list before using it in an outreach workflow.

## Who this is for

Use this guide when you need to check an email list before contacting prospects or customers.

## Open Email Verification and verify a list

1. Open [Email Verification](/admin/email-verifier).
2. Choose **Paste Text** or **Upload File**.
3. Paste one address per line, or upload a CSV or TXT file.
4. Optionally block role accounts such as `support@` and free providers such as Gmail.
5. Select **Verify Now**.
6. Review the total, processed, valid, and invalid counts, then download the result CSV when needed.

Each batch supports up to 1,000 addresses. The page displays the current credit cost before you run it.
