# Format WooCommerce product content

WooCommerce Content Formatter connects a WooCommerce site to team-level presentation settings for product-content formatting.

## Open the formatter and pair a WooCommerce site

1. Open [WooCommerce Content Formatter](/admin/woocommerce-content-formatter).
2. Download the WooCommerce plugin and install it on the target WordPress site.
3. Create a pairing code and use it in the plugin to connect the site.
4. Refresh the connection status and confirm the site appears as active.
5. Set the default page profile, spacing, heading style, table style, radius, and allowed content options.
6. Save settings; use **Jobs** and **Batches** to review formatting work.

You can revoke a connected site from the sites list. Pairing is required before formatting settings can be saved.
