# Top up credits and redeem a promotion code

Plans & Subscription lets authorized team members add credits with a one-time purchase or a valid promotion code.

## Who this is for

Use this guide when your current team needs additional credits without changing its subscription.

## Open Plans and Subscription and add credits

1. Open [Plans & Subscription](/admin/top-up).
2. In **Credit Booster**, choose the available credit pack.
3. Select **Buy Credits** and complete the secure payment flow.
4. Return to the platform and confirm the team balance after payment succeeds.
5. To redeem a code, enter it in **Redemption Code** and select **Redeem**.

Use only the price, credits, and eligibility currently shown on the page. A redemption code does not create a payment receipt.

## FAQ

### Can every team member buy credits?

No. Buying credits and redeeming a code requires the team billing permission.
