#Connect email and CRM applications in TradePilot

In TradePilot, open “Connect applications” to connect Gmail, Outlook, Zoho Mail, and supported CRMs; for HubSpot MCP, enter the client credentials and register the callback URL shown on the page.

#Who this is for

This guide is for TradePilot users who want to import real inquiries from an inbox, sync sales cases to CRM, or connect HubSpot through MCP.

#Open Connect applications

1. Open TradePilot.
2. Select “Connect applications” at the top of the page.
3. Choose an application in the Email or CRM section.
4. Return to TradePilot after completing the connection.

When a button says “Reconnect,” a previous connection exists. Reconnect only when it has expired or you need to use another account.

#Connect an inbox and import an inquiry

Choose Gmail, Outlook, or Zoho Mail in the Email section and complete sign-in and authorization with the provider. Back in TradePilot:

1. Select “Import from inbox.”
2. Choose the connected mailbox.
3. Choose one real customer email.
4. Select “Import email.”

Importing saves the email as a sales case and does not send a reply. Selecting an email that was already imported opens the existing case instead of creating a duplicate.

#Connect TradeGo CRM

In the CRM section, select “Connect TradeGo CRM” and confirm. After connecting, open a sales case and use “Sync to TradeGo CRM.” See Sync a TradePilot sales case to TradeGo CRM for the complete workflow.

#Connect HubSpot MCP

If “Connect HubSpot MCP” is available in the Connect applications window:

1. Create an MCP Auth App in HubSpot for this connection.
2. Register the OAuth callback URL displayed by TradePilot in HubSpot.
3. Enter the client ID and client secret in TradePilot.
4. Continue to HubSpot and complete authorization.
5. Return to TradePilot and confirm that the button now says “Reconnect HubSpot MCP.”

Enter the client secret only in the connection window. Do not send it through chat, email, or support screenshots.

#Where do I open application connections?

Open TradePilot and select “Connect applications” at the top of the page. Email and CRM connections appear in the same window.

#Does connecting an inbox automatically send email?

No. A connection lets TradePilot read and import a customer email only when you choose it. Importing does not send a message.

#Can I send HubSpot MCP credentials to a teammate?

No. The client secret should remain in protected storage controlled by the person responsible for the connection and must not be shared through chat, email, or screenshots.
