#Get started with TradeGo AI
Complete your first TradeGo AI task by adding a potential buyer to TradePilot, reviewing the source-backed buyer profile, and following the next recommended development action.
#Who this is for
This guide is for a sales or export team member who wants to complete one real buyer-development task without learning the whole platform first.
#Prepare one real buyer source
Choose one source that contains a real potential buyer:
- A customs-data file.
- Another supported lead file.
- A WhatsApp conversation available through the translation companion.
Keep the original source available while reviewing the imported result. Do not fill unknown values with guesses simply to complete the profile.
#Add the potential buyer
- Open TradePilot Today.
- Select Add potential customers.
- Choose customs data, the WhatsApp translation companion, or another lead import.
- Follow the selected source flow and submit the available data.
- Open Import history if you need to check which rows were added, merged, flagged for review, or rejected.
The imported buyer will appear in the development account pool. Exact stable identifiers may merge automatically; other possible duplicates remain separate until a user confirms them.
#Review the buyer profile
- Return to TradePilot Today.
- Find the new buyer in Today’s development queue.
- If the buyer needs review, open Review buyer.
- Compare the suggested values with the visible source evidence.
- Keep unknown fields unknown, resolve conflicts you can support, and confirm the buyer profile.
Nothing from an AI cleaning suggestion should be treated as confirmed until you review the form.
#Continue with the next action
After the buyer profile is ready, select the primary action shown for that buyer. TradePilot opens the buyer workspace and displays the next step, which may include starting development, following up, reviewing a reply, generating a draft, or preparing a CRM handoff.
Complete only the action supported by the information you have. Return to Today to see which buyer needs attention next.
#Check customer-facing work
Before sending outreach, a reply, or quotation information, check the buyer identity, contact details, product, quantity, price, delivery terms, dates, and source evidence. TradeGo AI can organize and draft work, but you remain responsible for the final customer-facing content.
