#Resolve failed tool runs, missing results, and credit questions
When a tool result is missing or a run fails, first open its execution record, check the status and submitted time, then correct the input or ask for help with the record details.
#Who this is for
Use this guide after you start a TradeGo AI tool and do not see the expected result, see a failed status, or need to understand a credit record.
#Open the execution record
- Open Execution Logs.
- Confirm that you are in the team where you started the tool.
- Find the row by tool name and submitted time.
- Check the status, result preview, and cost.
- Open the record to review its details when that action is available.
The page shows records you are allowed to see. If the expected row is absent, confirm the active team and the time that you submitted the tool before requesting access help.
#Read the status before starting again
| Status | What to do |
|---|---|
| Pending | Wait for the record to change before submitting the same request again. |
| Completed | Open or refresh the original tool page and review the result. Check the record’s cost if you have a credit question. |
| Failed | Read the available result preview or message, correct the input or required connection, then submit one new run only when the cause is clear. |
Do not repeatedly send the same request while a previous run is pending. Duplicate submissions can create duplicate work and make the result history harder to interpret.
#Check a credit question
Use the execution record as the starting point: it identifies the tool, status, submitted time, and displayed cost. A completed run with a cost is the record to compare with your available balance.
For the current plan and available balance, open Plans & Subscription. For a broader review of tool, TradePilot, or TradeClaw usage, see Review AI usage and billing records.
#Ask for help without exposing customer data
If the record remains pending longer than expected, fails after you correct the input, or shows a result different from the requested task, share these details with support or your team lead:
- Tool name
- Current team
- Submitted time and displayed status
- What you expected and what happened
- A redacted screenshot, only if it helps explain the problem
Do not include passwords, API keys, client secrets, payment-card details, or customer information that is not needed to explain the issue.
#FAQ
#Why is my tool result still missing?
Open the matching execution record and check whether it is pending, completed, or failed. Refresh the original tool page after a completed result appears, and do not submit the same request again while its record is still pending.
#Did a failed run use my credits?
The execution record shows the cost and status. In the current platform records, completed runs show a credit deduction; use the record rather than assuming from a button click or an unfinished screen.
#What should I send when I need help with a run?
Send the tool name, status, submitted time, current team, and a short description of what you expected and what happened. Do not send passwords, API keys, client secrets, or unnecessary customer data.
