#Review and troubleshoot application connections
Connection status tells you whether a linked application is ready, needs reconnection, or still requires authorization.
#Who this is for
Use this guide when an email inbox, Google Sheet, CRM, or other connected application is not available in a workflow.
#Open Integrations and review a connection
- Open Integrations or the workflow that uses the connection.
- Check whether the application is marked connected, not connected, or needs reconnection.
- Select Reconnect when authorization has expired or the account must change.
- Complete the provider authorization, close the authorization window, and refresh TradeGo AI.
- Return to the workflow and try the action again.
If the relevant app is not listed or you cannot connect it, confirm that you are in the intended team and have permission to use that workflow.
