#Work from TradePilot Today
TradePilot Today turns buyer status, due dates, replies, contact readiness, and CRM qualification into one prioritized development queue.
#Who this is for
Use this guide when you want a clear daily worklist instead of searching the complete buyer pool for the next account to handle.
#Open Today and read the queue
Open TradePilot Today. Each row explains the potential buyer, why the account needs attention now, available buyer signals, priority, and due time. The main button follows the buyer’s current stage, so review the visible reason before opening the action.
#Use the queue filters
| Queue | What needs attention |
|---|---|
| Needs review | An imported profile or possible duplicate needs confirmation |
| Contact details needed | The buyer has no usable email, phone, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn contact |
| Ready for first outreach | The profile is confirmed and a known contact method is available |
| Messages to review | A customer reply, synced message, analysis, or reply draft needs review |
| Follow-up due | A scheduled follow-up has reached its due time |
| High-priority customs buyers | A high-priority buyer has customs-data evidence |
| Waiting for reply | Outreach is recorded and no reply has been received yet |
| Ready for CRM | A qualified buyer is ready for transfer |
You can also filter by development status or priority. Filters only narrow the list; they do not rewrite account status.
#Complete the next action
- Open the main action shown for the buyer.
- Compare the form with its source evidence and timeline.
- Correct unsupported or outdated details.
- Confirm the action only when the displayed information is accurate.
- Return to Today and continue with the next prioritized account.
The next action can be profile review, first outreach, reply review, follow-up, draft review, CRM qualification, or CRM transfer.
#Keep the queue accurate
Record outreach only after it was actually sent through the selected channel. Save the customer’s exact reply before interpreting it. Set a realistic follow-up time, and mark an account not a fit when it should leave active development.
Use Development accounts when you need the complete pool, including records that are no longer in Today.
#FAQ
#Why does a buyer appear in Today?
A buyer appears when its profile, contact details, message, follow-up, or CRM handoff needs attention. The Why now column explains the current reason.
#Does Today change the buyer record?
Filtering or opening the queue does not change a buyer. The record changes only after you complete and confirm an action.
#Where did a completed buyer go?
Buyers leave the active Today queue after the current action is resolved, they are marked not a fit, or they are transferred to CRM. You can still find them in Development accounts.
