#Connect an email account
Connect an authorized Gmail, Outlook, or Zoho Mail account before importing customer messages or drafting replies from the inbox.
#Who this is for
Use this guide when you need to use an existing business mailbox in TradePilot or Email Reply Assistant.
#Open TradePilot and connect an email account
- Open TradePilot.
- Select Connect applications.
- Choose Gmail, Outlook, or Zoho Mail in the Email section.
- Complete the provider sign-in and authorization in the opened window.
- Return to TradePilot and confirm the connection is shown as connected or available to reconnect.
You can then select the mailbox when importing an inquiry or drafting an email reply. Connect only mailboxes your team is authorized to use.
#FAQ
#Does connecting an inbox send messages automatically?
No. A connection authorizes the workflow to access the mailbox when you choose it; importing an email does not send a reply.
