#Review and manage Personal AI Memory
Personal AI Memory stores your individual identity, signature, customer context, and writing preferences; it is not a replacement for shared team business data.
#Who this is for
Use this guide when AI-generated writing needs to reflect your personal role and communication style.
#Open and update Personal AI Memory
Open Personal AI Memory. Add your display name, job title, direct contact details, messaging handles, personal introduction, and formal signature block. Then maintain communication style, customer or market context, writing rules, and default email signature. Save after reviewing every value.
Use shared company, product, and playbook pages for team facts. Do not place another person’s identity or confidential customer data in your personal memory.
#Restore a version
The page shows up to five recent versions. Select Restore Version only after checking the timestamp and source. Restoring preserves the current preferences as a new rollback point first.
#FAQ
#Can I restore an earlier memory version?
Yes. The page shows up to five recent versions; restoring one first saves the current preferences as a new rollback point.
