#Sync a TradePilot sales case to TradeGo CRM
After connecting TradeGo CRM in TradePilot, open a reviewed sales case and select “Sync to TradeGo CRM” to create or reuse the matching company, contact, and opportunity.
#Who this is for
Use this guide when an inquiry is ready for ongoing customer and opportunity management in your team’s CRM.
#Prepare the sales case
Before syncing, make sure the sales case has an identifiable company or contact and check:
- The company name and, when available, its website or email domain
- The contact name and email address
- How the opportunity name relates to this inquiry
- That your current team is responsible for the customer
If information is missing, return to TradePilot and use “Add customer message” or “Revise requirements” before syncing.
#Connect TradeGo CRM
- Open TradePilot.
- Select “Connect applications” at the top of the page.
- In the CRM section, choose “Connect TradeGo CRM.”
- Confirm the connection.
- After the success message appears, close the window and return to the sales case.
If the connection option is missing or fails, confirm your current team and ask your team lead whether your account can use CRM.
#Sync the sales case
- Open the sales case you want to sync.
- Check the customer, company, and confirmed requirements again.
- Select “Sync to TradeGo CRM.”
- Continue in the confirmation window.
- Wait for the “Sales case synced to TradeGo CRM” message.
The page shows the CRM opportunity ID after a successful sync. TradePilot keeps the inquiry and sales timeline, while CRM is available for ongoing customer and opportunity management.
#Continue after syncing
You can keep preparing replies, quotation information, and follow-up in TradePilot, or open Smart CRM to work with the matching company, contact, and opportunity. Confirm that you opened the customer you just synced before making changes.
